Our Mediators

RSABI’s Mediation programme offers confidential, independent support to help people in Scottish agriculture resolve disputes constructively. Working with experienced and suitably qualified mediators who understand rural and farming contexts, the service aims to reduce stress, improve communication, and support positive, practical outcomes for individuals, families, and businesses.

RSABI aims to make mediation as accessible as possible and can usually contribute up to £500 (excluding VAT) per succesful application towards mediation costs. Where further help may be needed, additional support can sometimes be accessed through the Farm Advisory Service (FAS) or other organisations.
