You Don't Have to Face It Alone
Grief, loss, illness and life's challenges can affect both our emotional and physical wellbeing. Whether you are coping with bereavement, supporting someone through a difficult time, or facing challenges of your own, you do not have to go through it alone. RSABI is here to listen and support you.
You can reach us anytime of the day or night on 0808 1234 555 or by webchat.
Mental Health First Aid Awareness Training by RSABI
We are working with Former Royal Marines at IED Training to deliver free Mental Health First Aid Awareness Training for the Scottish agricultural sector.
We know mental health and wellbeing is a concern for many in the industry and the aim of this initiative is to encourage people to talk more freely about mental health, reduce stigma, improve understanding about what to look out for and to increase confidence in how to respond if you think someone is struggling.
