Peter has worked with a wide range of farm families and their businesses throughout his career, initially as an AgriculturalEconomist at NOSCA/SAC Aberdeen, as Head of the SAC Rural Business Unit and then in his own consultancy business, 2 Mennie Cooks Ltd.
Over the last 10 years he has been Director of Food Drink & Agri at Opportunity North East(ONE), a privately funded economic development organisation for NE Scotland. Throughout his career he has farmed with his wife in Aberdeenshire, focusing on low ground sheep and combinable crops.
