Today marks World Suicide Prevention Day, and this year’s theme is “Changing the Narrative.” It’s a powerful reminder that talking openly about suicide can save lives.

If you’re worried about someone, ask them directly if they’re having thoughts of suicide.

Be kind. Be present. And most importantly, listen.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Just being there can make all the difference. ❤️

🎥 In this short video, Josie Barclay (RSABI), Liam Yule (SAMH), and Ally Watson of Tillygloom Farm and Chair of Brechin YFC  share why everyone in the agricultural community has a role to play in supporting mental health and suicide prevention.

There is lots of support out there 👉 https://www.rsabi.org.uk/mental-health-support/
