Lorraine joined RSABI in October 2010 and in that time has held many different roles. She is currently our Executive Assistant, supporting the Management team, as well as answering our Helpline and making outbound support calls to clients.
Before joining RSABI, Lorraine was PA to the Chief Executive of Scottish Land and Estates for over 20 years.
Lorraine is passionate about making sure the journey for clients who come forward to RSABI for emotional, financial or practical support is as easy as possible.
