After tickets sold out for his first ever gig in Orkney in only two days, well known farmer-comedian, Jim Smith has announced an extra date of Friday 14 March, with tickets on sale now.
Jim will be supported live on stage at Orkney Theatre on both March 14 & 15 by Orkney Auction Mart legend Graham Low and two other members of local band Northern Limit, Craig Rendall and Corey Symonds.
The event, aimed at the Orkney farming community, is the second leg of Jim’s very well received #KeepTalking island tour, in partnership with Scottish agricultural support charity RSABI, which started in Skye last December.
RSABI’s #KeepTalking initiative aims to encourage those living and working in Scottish agricultural communities to reach out and connect with friends, family and neighbours and look after their own mental health.
The gigs will be an opportunity to relax and connect with friends and family while enjoying a combination of comedy and great music while also supporting RSABI, as 10% of each £20 ticket sale will go towards supporting the work of the charity.

Jim Smith will be performing alongside Graham Low, Craig Rendall and Corey Symonds of Northern Limit on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 March at Orkney Theatre, The Meadows, Kirkwall, KW15 1QN. Tickets cost £20, plus booking fee, with 10% donated to RSABI and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
