New enquiries and existing beneficiaries should call 0300 111 4166 in the first instance. This is staffed between 7 am and 11 pm. There is an answering machine for calls out with this time.

Our Welfare Manual defines the structure through which the staff of the charity are authorised to undertake the delivery of the welfare activities which the Trustees have chosen to pursue. Click here to view an abbreviated version of the Manual. 

If an application does not fully meet all of the specified criteria in this Welfare Manual but does fully meet RSABI’s Objects, RSABI staff and Trustees have the ability to exercise discretion to make an award if the circumstances leading to the application for assistance are exceptional.
