We’ve tried to answer some of what we think will be the most common questions below – but this is the first time we’ve run a virtual event like this so please get in touch if your questions are not answered below! You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0131 364 4205 (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) or contact email@example.com.
Where do I register for the event?
You can sign up at this link: https://rsabi.enthuse.com/cf/great-glen-challenge-2021
I have a question about linking to Strava, where can I find more information?
See our Strava FAQs or visit the Enthuse Support website: https://help.enthuse.com/en/?q=strava If you still need some help email firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or give us a call on 0131 364 4205 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
I don't want to link to Strava can I still take part?
Yes, linking to Strava is entirely optional. If you don't want to connect to Strava you can add your activity manually to your fundraising page after you've completed it on Friday 27 August. Activities added manually before that time won't be pulled through to the page as only activity on Friday 27 August counts. Find out how to add activities manually.
Can I edit my fundraising page?
Yes, you can customise your personal fundraising page with a profile picture, wording about your challenge and why you’re taking part. Personalised fundraising pages sharing your own story will be more effective in raising funds. You can find out how to do that here: How to log in and update your fundraising page | Enthuse Help Desk
