Help us by volunteering

Get in touch - We welcome enquiries from anybody who would like to help the charity in any way.

Volunteers are currently helping RSABI in the following ways:

  • Serving on a regional voluntary committee
  • Assisting at Local Agricultural Shows
  • Acting as local 'eyes and ears' to identify those who may be in need of the charity's help
  • Organising local fundraising events

We would be happy to speak to you about potential voluntary work and any suggestions that you might have to help us raise important funds. Please contact us to chat about opportunities.

Our regional voluntary committees provide superb support

Operating in the following areas, the groups meet informally to discuss plans for awareness raising opportunities and fundraising events. The development team liaise closely with the committees to give advice, support and to lend a hand at events. We currently have committees in the following locations:

  • Ayrshire
  • Borders
  • Dumfries and Galloway
  • Lothian
  • Wigtownshire

Go on, help us raise funds and have fun!

We welcome enquiries to join existing committees. For regions in the South of Scotland, please contact Tessa Rouse, Development Officer.

New Opportunities in Central and Northern Scotland

Individuals are sought to join new RSABI local committees throughout Central and Northern Scotland to help with the organisation of fundraising events.  If you live within Central Scotland (Angus, Argyll, Fife, Perth & Kinross and Stirlingshire) and would like to support the work of RSABI by joining your local committee, please contact Paul Tinson, Development Manager.
